Common Pricing Questions

How do you count messages?

SMS count: Unicode – 69 character/SMS, General – 160 character/SMS. Each message is equal to one message to one phone number. In other words, if you have 250 subscribers on one of your lists and you send a text blast to that list 2 times, you’ve used 500 messages.

Can I get help with my campaigns after I sign up?

Absolutely! Believe it or not, we really do care and will help you become as successful as possible with SMS marketing! As stated above, all paid plans come with free 1 on 1 training session where you’ll get to work with a member of our client success team to ensure your account is set up for maximum growth and return.

What if I go over my monthly message allowance?
